Step 1: Download the script from your Keymaster
Step 2: Drag the file rs_billing into your Server [resource] folder
Step 3: Copy & Paste the rs_billing.sql into your database
Step 4: Type ensure rs_billing into your server.cfg file
Step 5: Re-/start your server
